Cold tiled floors in winter require slippers!!! Communication about events could be clearer, as chaos occurred on New Year's Eve. Could really improve with a higher quality mattress to enhance comfort during the stay!!!

We were not notified about a party being held in the common areas, leading to chaos upon our arrival. Adding to the frustration, the kitchen facilities were mismanaged, culminating in an unpleasant altercation with another guest who wasted our wine, and the owner's dismissive reaction to our complaint left us feeling utterly disrespected.

i was almost going to give this place a good review, except for the lack of proper communication about events. i arrived to chaos on new year's eve. also, the shoe situation, with cold, tiled floors in winter? absurd! i would have expected slippers at such a so-called luxury place. disappointing all around, really.

The communication was outstanding, with clear directions and a warm welcome upon arrival. The breakfast was superb, featuring local pastries and fresh meats, and the hosts were attentive, remembering our preferences. The wine cellar and jacuzzi added to the unique experience, making it truly memorable.

The mattress in the first room was worn out on one side.
